OUR HISTORY

Built by John Crosland in the early 1950s, the Colonial Village neighborhood was built to offer a modern suburban lifestyle to the growing number of young families after World War II.

A quick walk around the neighborhood will show you the same charms it did in the 1950s. Exemplified by it's many ranch style and split level homes, there are also homes with the charms of all the decades in between. The large oak, hickory, elm and fig trees also offer a relaxing tree canopy.
